This Return Policy explains cancellation, refund, and adjustment rights for personalised morning routine products sold by Boneorganic through boneorganic.world to customers in the United Kingdom and elsewhere where applicable consumer laws apply.
Nature of Our Products
Our offerings include digital and personalised materials: Starter Dawn Kit sequences, Complete Ritual System blueprints with coaching, and Executive Morning Architecture packages. Because content is customised using information you provide, standard distance-selling rules for digital goods and bespoke services apply with specific exceptions noted below.
Consumer Rights Overview
If you are a UK consumer, you generally have a fourteen-day right to cancel distance contracts under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless an exception applies. By purchasing personalised morning routine systems that begin immediately upon your request, you acknowledge that preparation may start before the cancellation period ends, which can limit cancellation once delivery has begun with your express prior consent.
Starter Dawn Kit
You may cancel within fourteen days of purchase without giving a reason if we have not yet delivered your personalised document. If delivery has occurred, you may still cancel but we may deduct proportionate value for work completed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approved cancellation.
Complete Ritual System
Cancellation is available within fourteen days provided no live consultation has taken place and your bespoke blueprint has not been shared. Once the initial consultation occurs or documents are delivered, you may request adjustments within twenty-one days rather than full cancellation, including one complimentary revision of ritual sequencing. Refunds for partial completion are calculated fairly based on sessions used.
Executive Morning Architecture
Given the intensive customisation and scheduling commitments, cancellation within fourteen days is accepted only before onboarding begins. After onboarding, refunds are limited to unused quarterly review sessions, credited pro-rata. Travel protocol addenda already integrated into your plan are non-refundable once issued.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact support@boneorganic.world with your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Include whether you prefer refund, credit toward another ritual catalog package, or revision. We respond within three business days with a decision and next steps.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available where you have received fully personalised materials and agreed to immediate delivery, where requests arise from failure to follow reasonable routine guidance outside our control, or where abuse of revision entitlements is detected. Chargebacks without prior contact may delay resolution and account review.
Physical Materials
If optional printed sequence cards are shipped, return unused items in original condition within fourteen days of receipt. You bear return postage unless items were defective or incorrectly sent by Boneorganic. Digital components remain subject to the digital cancellation rules above.
Defective or Incorrect Deliveries
If documents contain material errors attributable to us, we will correct them at no charge or offer a partial refund if correction is not possible. Report issues within thirty days of delivery with specific descriptions so we can verify promptly.
Package Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades apply price differences minus any promotional discounts previously granted. Downgrades after partial delivery follow the pro-rata principles described for each tier. Credits remain valid twelve months from issue.
Payment Disputes
We encourage direct resolution before initiating payment disputes. Valid refunds appear on statements within five to ten business days depending on your card issuer after processing by Boneorganic.
Business Customers
If you purchase on behalf of a company and confirm business status, consumer cancellation rights may not apply. Contractual terms agreed in writing prevail for B2B orders.
Policy Changes
We may update this Return Policy to reflect regulatory or product changes. The version in effect at purchase applies unless new terms are more favourable to you and you accept them.
